Mr. Mc Henry’s practice focuses on restrictive covenants and nondisclosure provisions in employment contracts. He also works on employment discrimination cases, with a focus on those cases addressing disabilities under the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Rehabilitation Act.

Mr. McHenry earned his J.D. at The George Washington University Law School in 2020, where he was a member of the Journal of Environmental and Energy Law. Mr. McHenry graduated from The George Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts. He is a member of the bar of the District of Columbia and the American Bar Association, Section of Labor and Employment Law.

Before joining Clark Law Group, Mr. McHenry served as a legal intern for the Honorable Tanya S. Chutkan, United States District Court for the District of Columbia. He also worked as a legal intern at the United States Department of Homeland Security, Transportation Security Administration, Office of Civil Rights and Civil Liberties; and the Smithsonian Institution, Privacy Office where he became familiar with the administrative processes for employment matters unique to the federal sector, as well as its privacy policies.
