Gregory Frink is a knowledgeable, passionate attorney specializing in ERISA-related pension and welfare plan litigation. Mr. Frink assists participants in connection with claims for pension benefits, healthcare benefits, long and short-term disability, COBRA continuing-care coverage; and life insurance policies. Additionally, Mr. Frink has handled various employment matters in the areas of race, gender, and disability discrimination; adverse action for medical leave; and unpaid wage compensation. Mr. Frink is barred in the District of Columbia.
Before joining the Clark Law Group, PLLC, Mr. Frink worked for five years within the political sphere, focusing on areas of healthcare and pharmaceutical legislation, transportation policy, and investment and finance regulation. Mr. Frink also has experience working on political campaigns and policy outreach efforts.
Mr. Frink is a graduate of the Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America, in Washington, DC, earning his J.D. in 2018. Mr. Frink completed the school's Labor and Employment Law Concentration and was named to the Dean's List for the Fall 2017 and Spring 2018 semesters. While in school, Mr. Frink assisted pro bono clients while working for the Columbus Community Legal Services office.
Mr. Frink completed his undergraduate studies at the George Washington University, double- majoring in Political Science and Religion.
Prior to moving to Washington, DC, for school, Mr. Frink was born and raised in Northern California. He lives with his wonderful wife, Courtney, and their beautiful daughter, Eliza.
