Lindsey McCready

Attorney

Lindsey McCready’s practice focuses on discrimination under Title VII and the ADA, as well as retaliation claims under ERISA. She works with both private sector and federal sector employees who have been wrongfully discriminated against by their employers.

Before joining Clark Law Group, Ms. McCready attended William and Mary Law School. There she served as the Senior Notes Editor for the Journal of Race, Gender, and Social Justice. During law school, Ms. McCready clerked for two separate law firms, handling a wide variety of civil issues, including employment discrimination, wage and hour law, and unemployment compensation. She previously interned with Mercy Health, the Association of Title IX Administrators, and on Capitol Hill. Ms. McCready attended Miami University of Ohio where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude with majors in Political Science and Psychology and a minor in Business Legal Studies.
