The Firm was founded by Denise M. Clark who — for more than 20 years — has provided legal services in the District of Columbia to unions, employees, and employers in the areas of ERISA and employee benefits law. Since establishing the firm, Ms. Clark has expanded her practice to include employment and labor law. Our attorneys are admitted to practice in Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia, and other jurisdictions around the country.
